Christos Fousteris is the Director of the Quality Assurance & Global Customer Support department of INTRALOT-one of the world’s leading gaming companies, shaping technological and operational developments in the industry. INTRALOT is also the largest Greek multinational Company, with large-scale system installations in ~60 regulated Lottery organizations worldwide.

Christos Fousteris has a high level of technical and interpersonal skills and a strong IT background in on-premise and cloud environments. He has many years of experience in managing teams of engineers, in R&D and Services organizations, as well as in agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies of software development. He has developed and applied new techniques for the enhancement of the software quality and the end-customer satisfaction, as well as innovative solutions patented in Germany and the USA. He began his career as a software engineer in the Piraeus Bank Group and in 2002 he joins “New Horizons” where he was certified as instructor for two of biggest IT vendors worldwide. In 2003 he continues his career in “Dreamtech” as Networks engineer and he worked for the network security for the Olympic Games 2004.

After the completion of this project, he joins the R&D department of “Siemens” and holds the position of SW Quality Assurance Managers, with teams in Greece and abroad with more than 50 people. He worked with the telecommunications systems of big companies (Enterprise Communications) and in particular with the system VoIP developed by the company in the United States of America. In 2006 he is transferred to the PMO and undertakes the completion and supervision of the Key Account Projects of the company and one year later he is promoted to Head of Global Vendor Support as responsible for the Level 3 worldwide support of Siemens Enterprise Communications clients for VoIP and Unified Communications (UC) platforms. In 2009, his duties also include the Solution Test organization whose purpose is to control the solutions offered by the company and to coordinate the Product Test teams, therefore he had the overall control of the sustaining releases so as to solve any issues within the established SLAs.

Christos Fousteris joined INTRALOT in 2015 as Director of Quality Assurance & Global Customer Support department with groups in Greece and abroad totaling 50 people. He reports directly to the CTO of the company and his main goal is to increase the automated techniques for the quality control of the products and solutions offered by the company as well as the global support of clients on a 24/7 basis. Duties-Responsibilities:

  • HQs centralization and control of the quality procedures as well as their alignment with the clients support procedures
  • Quality control of the software products and solutions offered by Intralot to its clients worldwide (Functional, Non-functional, Security, Load & Performance, Automation etc.)
  • Alignment of new agile methodologies with projects of critical importance for the company
  • Design and implementation of highly efficient procedures and KPIs controls so as to minimize the errors in field and to resolve on problems within established SLAs.
  • Support upon UAT delivery and Production systems

Christos Fousteris holds a degree in Electronic-Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester (MMU), United Kingdom and he also holds an MSc in Data Telecommunications & Networks from the University of Salford, United Kingdom. He is also certified in the ITIL Service Management procedures of the ITIL Service Foundation.

George Demetriades Mr. George Demetriades is a seasoned IT professional with a 25 year long work experience, out of which, he has spent 19 years in higher Managerial positions (Information Systems Manager, Operations Director, General Manager for Information Systems, CIO etc. ), reporting either to Chief Executive Officers or Chief Operating Officers, depending on the role he possessed in the different Organizations where he was employed.
Nikos Lymperopoulos Mr. Lymperopoulos is the Head of the Group IT Governance at Eurobank, responsible for IT Strategy and Policies, Demand Management and Internal Relationship Management.
Krikor Maroukian Krikor Maroukian as a Sr IT Service Management Consultant at Microsoft Hellas for Central & Eastern Europe is specialized in the analysis of IT architectures, the design of targeted ITSM practices and the adoption of these by organizations. In the past he has been Project Manager at Printec Group based in Athens, Greece.
Paris Bayias Paris Bayias currently holds the position of the Organizational Development Manager at the Athens Exchange Group. He is experienced at a senior level as IT & business consultant, specialized in the areas of project management, operations management and strategic management.
George Papoulias George Papoulias is holding the position of the IT Governance Professional & Senior Project Manager in the IT Governance Division of National Bank Group and acts as the liaison between IT Governance and the Bank’s Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance Division and SOX Unit. Has more than 23 years of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Program/Project Management, and Software Engineering experience.
Constantinos Sofianos Constantinos Sofianos started his career in IT in 2002 in Germany. Konstantinos joined Microsoft in 2007 and after transitioning several roles, he is now a Senior Technical Account Manager orchestrating the delivery of Microsoft Premier Services to Microsoft enterprise customers.
Dimitris Stasinopoulos Dimitris Stasinopoulos, IT Governance Senior Consultant of PRIORITY since 2008, has extensive experience in Information Technology System management according to ISO 20000, being an a Senior Consultant in some of the most important projects of PRIORITY SA.
