An IT professional throughout his career, Mr. Goglis has progressed from the technical to the managerial domain, where he has accumulated extensive experience in the areas of GRC (Governance-Risk-Compliance), IT Service Management, Information Security, IT Audit, Business Continuity and Process Design/Re-engineering.

As part of his Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing from the University of Sunderland, he worked for Intrasoft in 1993-94 as a software engineer in various projects for the Industrial Automation Division and continued his involvement with the company in 1997 as part of his MSc in Management of IT from the same University. He joined Intrasoft and later Intrasoft International as a Quality Assurance specialist and Manager in 1998 and developed the QMS for the latter which led to the company’s ISO9001 certification. In 2002, Mr. Goglis joined the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games ATHENS 2004, where he designed, implemented and managed Information Security policies, procedures/practices and the ATHOC InfoSec team (staff and contractors) and was Information Security and Incident Response Manager during the Olympic and Paralympic Games (IT Operations Centre), coordinating six security analysts and specialists.

Since 2005 Mr. Goglis has been with Alpha Bank, initially as an Information Security Officer for the Software Applications Division where he developed InfoSec and operational procedures and practices and assumed the role of liaison between IT and the Audit, Security and Compliance functions. He managed the project for the creation of the Quality Management System for the Division which led to the first ISO certification both for IT and the Bank in 2007.

Mr. Goglis joined the newly formed IT Project Management Division in 2009 and has managed almost all the projects involving the development of Management Systems for IT as well as their certification according to the relevant standards including ISO20000, BS25999/ISO22301 and ISO9001. As a Deputy Division Manager he oversees the Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit and Management Systems areas for the Division and IT including planning and execution of IT Projects.

In 2010 he managed the project for the creation of the ITSMS, ISO20000 certification for Alpha Supporting Services, a subsidiary of the Alpha Bank Group offering IT Services to the Group's subsidiaries in Greece and abroad. The project was completed in 6 months and the company became only the third with such a certification in Greece and the first in the Greek Banking sector. This was followed by BS25999/ISO22301 and ISO9001 certifications under the supervision of Mr. Goglis who is also the company’s Risk and Compliance Officer.

Mr. Goglis holds the professional certifications of CRISC and CISM (ISACA), CISSP (ISC2), Lead Auditor for ISO22301 (BCI), ITIL V3 Foundation and is a certified Internal Auditor for both ISO20000 and ISO9001 Management Systems.

George Papoulias George Papoulias is holding the position of the IT Governance Professional & Senior Project Manager in the IT Governance Division of National Bank Group and acts as the liaison between IT Governance and the Bank’s Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance Division and SOX Unit. Has more than 23 years of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Program/Project Management, and Software Engineering experience.

Konstantinos joined Microsoft in 2007 and after transitioning several roles, he is now a Senior Technical Account Manager orchestrating the delivery of Microsoft Premier Services to Microsoft enterprise customers.
